I had a minor procedure at Harley Street Hospital in April 2022 followed by major surgery in October. Prior to both operations Mr Banwell kept me fully informed about the potential outcome of my surgery. I am pleased with the results along with the care and attention shown before, during and afterwards. Both Mr Banwell and Mo were extremely helpful throughout - I would not hesitate to go back for any additional procedures required.

Dr Banwell was very caring and informative. He answered all of my questions before having my surgical procedure and I felt in very safe hands. After my procedure, he contacted my family to tell them about the surgery and I cannot think of any suggestions to improve the experience. After my surgery, I experienced a post operative complication (split stitches). Dr Banwell saw me on the same day at a local hospital and fixed this under LA at no additional cost, saving a trip to a&e. Overall I have no complaints or criticisms and very happy with the results. In the future if I need to have another procedure privately, I shall be contacting Dr Banwell.

Mr Banwell has changed my life!!! I am 54 and after years of a sagging tummy following childbirth and hours in the gym, I finally made the decision to have surgery to remove it. Initially I was very nervous, until I met Mr Banwell. He was very calm, informative and honest. He recommended a tummy tuck with lipo to achieve the result I wanted. Mr Banwell and his team were fantastic, I felt very comfortable and relaxed on the morning of my op. He was there when I woke up and the aftercare over the following weeks was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. My appointments were not rushed. He took his time and answered all my questions. It’s been 9 months and my scars have healed beautifully. My tummy is flat, I have a waist and my confidence has grown. I have to add that in the recent months I have also had a breast reduction. I felt so comfortable with Mr Banwell that I did not hesitate to contact him again. I am once again delighted with the result and care that was given to me. I would definitely recommend Mr Banwell to anyone considering surgery. His secretary Mo is always at the end of the phone and is a huge support before and after surgery.
